Viewing E-Mail from Multiple Locations Using Eudora

Open your Eudora mail program.

At the top of the screen, click on "Tools" then select "Options."

In the window that appears, on the left, select "Incoming Mail"

On the right hand side, there will be an option to "Leave Mail on Server." Click the box beside it to place a check mark there. This will allow you to view your e-mail messages from a second location as well.

In order to avoid exceeding mail storage limits, simply put a check in the box below it as well, "Delete from server after 5 day(s)."

You may also wish to check the third box, "Delete from server when emptied from Trash." That way if you delete messages in one location, you won't have to delete them again when you read mail in the second location.

If you have been advised by BerkshireNet that your mail is over 20 MB, and you have "Leave Mail on Server" already checked, then UN-checking and clicking OK will clear out your mail from your storage space. It is suggested to leave this un-checked unless you need to access your mail from multiple locations.

If you have any questions, please let us know. Thanks
